It all begins with a chat to discuss with you date/time, venue, logistics and vehicle options, and to arrange an appointment to view the cars if you have not already done so.
When you are ready to proceed, we will complete a booking form together, go over any personal touches you wish to add, and the booking fee process to secure your wedding car. Prices quoted vary according to distance, choice of car, day of hire, and any additional requests.
Once your choice of car is secured, we will follow up a month prior with a schedule of timings for the day, remind you that the balance payment is due, reconfirm/update all information on your booking form, and talk about decorations/flowers.
One week prior, a courtesy call is made to ensure you are still happy with arrangements and there are no further amendments.
On the big day itself, our experienced uniformed chauffeurs will convey every professional courtesy throughout your wedding day, transporting you effortlessly to the church or civil ceremony and onwards to the reception venue, a glass of champagne in hand.
